Danny Gargan

Danny Gargan has established himself as one of the most successful and respected trainers in Thoroughbred racing, known for his horsemanship, attention to detail, and ability to develop horses at the highest levels of the sport. Based in New York, Gargan has earned graded stakes victories across the country while building a reputation for placing horses in spots where they can succeed and thrive over the long term.

A former assistant to Hall of Fame trainer Todd Pletcher, Gargan launched his own stable in 2010 and has since trained multiple graded stakes winners, including top performers such as Arcangelo, winner of the 2023 Belmont Stakes and Travers Stakes.
